 I've always believed that there should be a bridge between the Araya Peninsula to Margarita Island. The challenge was approaching it from my background in mathematics, given my lack of formal engineering training, and doing so without relying on commercial software that limits any real understanding of the physical phenomena behind a project of this magnitude. Based on seafloor bathymetry details, my design choice for the model was to segment the structure into three sections using Coche Island as an intermediate support node, while also ensuring maritime navigational feasibility. A Breath-Based Transcriptomic Signature for Lung Cancer Screening

  Abstract Early lung cancer screening is necessary to save lives, and for this reason, this study performed a thorough bioinformatic analysis of the GSE19188 dataset to identify the Bottleneck genes that enable a diagnosis based on breath Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). This analysis defined a TRIPOD Survival Signature, that means, the structural driver was COL11A1 (LogFC = 4.692), and the metabolic driver was PSAT1 (LogFC = 3.211) that opposed the canonical Warburg theory (LDHA downregulation, LogFC = −1.2788), favoring biosynthetic anaplerosis (Serine/Glycine). The third is the proliferative driver CDC20 (LogFC = 3.225). We have determined that PSAT1 overactivity provides a molecular connection for the design of an Electronic Nose (e-Nose) for the detection of VOCs produced by PSAT1 metabolites. Using Quantum Machine Learning to Resolve Ambiguity in Aramaic

  This paper studies the semantic ambiguity inherent in Ancient Aramaic from polysemy. To fix the loss of nuance in translations, we used a new framework based on Quantum Natural Language Processing (QNLP). It uses Variational Quantum Machine Learning (VQML) with a 10-qubit architecture and 300 optimization cycles. The model found a temporal-hierarchical interpretation for qaddamay with a confidence level of 96.15%. In contrast, Bar had a confidence level of 34.5% due to the scarcity of data in ancient corpora. This work connects quantum algorithms to more transparency in the study of historical manuscripts. Integrating Serine and Pyrimidine Biosynthesis into the E-TRIPOD Signature for Enhanced Lung Cancer Screening

  Introduction: Early diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma is a clinical priority to reduce global mortality, driving the development of various transcriptomic signatures. However, most lack a mechanistic axis connecting gene expression with external diagnostic signals. Objective: To characterize the Extended TRIPOD (E-TRIPOD) model, a five-gene signature (COL11A1, CDC20, PSAT1, LDHA, and UCK2) that integrates structural, proliferative, and metabolic drivers as a biological and theoretical foundation for future e-Nose-based screening. Methods: We analyzed the GSE19188 dataset and performed cross-validation on TCGA real-world data cohorts (n > 500). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, functional enrichment in g:Profiler, and metabolic mapping via RSEA and KEGG were used to identify potential volatile byproducts. Stylometric Analysis and Forensic Linguistics of the Divine Mercy Manuscript

  Abstract Determined through stylometric analysis is the nature of Saint Faustina Kowalska’s Diary as a dialogue with distinct linguistic traces. Using the Spanish version processed entirely in Python, the study identifies an unaltered conversation despite the translation shift. Validation of the record relies on the simultaneous execution of four independent methodologies. Data curation integrated N-gram Cosine Similarity, Burrows Delta Method, Hapax Legomena density and Principal Component Analysis. Results confirm a global stylistic consistency that rules out external editorial intervention. Scientifically problematic for a single psyche is the detected linguistic pattern with ontological authority and grammatical metrics foreign to Faustina's biographical style. Rethinking Bioethics as a Response to Global Biological Consciousness

 Humanity is continually threatened by global pandemics exemplified by the Black Plague, the Spanish flu, and recently COVID-19 which reveal a continual absence of concern in real-time prevention. To forecast biological threats in the future and spur proactive human response we introduced the term Global Biological Consciousness (GBC). The GBC requires an Extended Bioethics a dynamic ethical framework for conscious management mediated by the GBC. This perspective will enable preventive actions and will seek global biological resilience through the algorithmic responsibility of AI and systemic justice which will be explained in the work. The GBC through Extended Bioethics will provide an ability to analyze biological data as it occurs using AI and quantum computing anticipate outbreaks before they happen and attenuate their effects. Metodología de aprendizaje automático cuántico para la predicción de la actividad inhibitoria de fármacos contra la Covid-19

 El presente estudio examinó la posibilidad de aplicar un algoritmo cuántico de aprendizaje automático para predecir la actividad inhibitoria de potenciales fármacos contra el coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Para lograr ello, se empleó un conjunto de datos experimentales conformado por 1904 de compuestos que habían sido previamente identicados. Luego, se determinaron cuatro descripciones moleculares basándose en la estructura de cada compuesto, que funcionaron como dato de entrada para el algoritmo de aprendizaje cuántico; mientras que la actividad inhibitoria experimental se empleó como etiqueta para clasicar los compuestos como "activos" o "inactivos". Con esta información, se elaboró el algoritmo de entrenamiento cuántico utilizando cuatro qubits en el circuito cuántico. Comparative analysis of ENSO influence in classical and hybrid quantum epidemiological models for COVID-19 contagion analysis in Venezuela

  This study examines new classical and hybrid quantum epidemiological models to assess the complexities of COVID-19 spread in Venezuela, with a focus on the El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO). The study proceeds in two parts. The first serves as a classical SEIRSV model adjusted for seasonality, while the second implements a variational quantum ansatz (VQA) method. The study finds that the ENSO affects the quantum model at 3.1739, demonstrating a positive association lagged five weeks. The classical model illustrates an initial negative association at lag 1. An innovative hybrid approach using quantum computing and genomic data analysis for predictive Covid-19 surveillance

  Abstract The global response to the COVID-19 pandemic exposed the limitations of an epidemiological model that is fundamentally reactive, where clinical and public health responses to the virus's evolution can only occur after new variants are developed and disseminated. The constant mutational evolution of the viral Spike protein means that a classical surveillance system has little chance of being able to predict new COVID-19 variant emergence. As such, this study proposes an important shift toward proactive prediction and proves it is possible to predict mutations before they emerge, using a hybrid approach that combines genomic data analysis and new potentials from quantum computing. La imagen muestra a una persona limpiando la ventana del hogar, y la misma representa visualmente el dilema de nuestra época en la sociedad desde una mirada muy crítica. Por fuera, todo está limpio y ordenado: la vestimenta, la figura, la actitud. Es la imagen que se quiere mostrar al mundo, una versión perfecta al mundo entero. No obstante, detrás de la ventana que se está limpiando con gran esmero, se percibe una verdad molesta, es decir, el interior de la casa es un caos. Esta imagen nos invita a pensar sobre la incoherencia que existe entre lo que se ve y lo que no se ve, entre lo que se muestra y lo que se esconde. La persona no está limpiando la casa por dentro, sino que emplea todos sus esfuerzos en dejar limpia una ventana, el único punto de contacto visual con el exterior. Abstract Developments in biotechnology, nanotechnology, and artificial intelligence (AI) have been playing a significant role in the design of an intelligent cardiac patch. This innovative device aims to offer a solution for future healthcare by offering a dynamic and personalized intervention model for heart disorders. The initial stage in its operation is surgical implantation into a biocompatible hydrogel scaffold that has been pre-seeded with iPSC-cardiomyocytes produced from the patient. A Systematic Review of Dengue Fever and Dengue-Associated Neurological Conditions Was Conducted in an Attempt to Better Understand This Disease

 Dengue is a global arbovirus disease primarily carried by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. It has four serotypes (DENV1, DENV2, DENV3, and DENV4) and is classified into distinct genotypes. The epidemic is complicated by immunological interactions and viral lineage turnover. Neurological problems are commonly associated with DENV2 and DENV3, with DENV2 displaying the most severe symptoms. Direct viral invasion, host-mediated immune system reactions, or host-mediated metabolic alterations can all result in dengue-related neurological issues. The three dengue vaccinations and the significance of meta-analyses for genetic data will also be covered. ¿Qué puede contribuir un análisis estilométrico al Diario de Santa Faustina Kowalska?

 El Diario de Santa María Faustina Kowalska registra las palabras de Cristo reveladas a ella entre 1934 y 1938. La frecuencia de las palabras usadas por Dios y Sor Faustina se determinó estadísticamente gracias a un análisis estilométrico donde se identificaron dos huellas lingüísticas diferentes. Para ello, analizamos diferentes párrafos del Diario en tres ediciones diferentes (Polaco, Español, e Inglés). Los resultados muestran un estilo lingüístico característico de la Hermana Faustina y otro diferente de Dios.
